great access to parks and local attractions for city walks

I had a great time here, the hot breakfast was delicious and gave us the energy we needed to explore the nearby Chalco Hills Recreation Area and catch some fresh air, which was only about 4 km away. I’ll definitely stay here again, as the hotel also offered a late checkout that allowed us a more relaxed morning before we left.

lovely layout for our family, making it comfortable for our stay. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. however, there were issues with parking that made it inconvenient at times, especially during our visit.

The attentive breakfast staff and the fantastic omelet made my stay more enjoyable, showcasing exceptional service. However, the housekeeping left much to be desired, with minimal cleaning during my week-long visit. While the comfortable bedding was a highlight, the overall cleanliness of the rooms fell short of expectations, with visible dust and remnants from previous guests. The gathering space during happy hour provided a nice touch for family connections.

Staying at Embassy Suites was good! The spacious rooms. Despite some parking challenges during busy hours, the really good breakfast selection and cute staff made up for it. A definite highlight of our American journey!

The staff demonstrated remarkable kindness and went above and beyond to resolve our check-in issues. The breakfast options were plentiful and truly enjoyable. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions, enhancing our overall stay.

The two-room king suite was spacious with a comfy sofa bed and a kitchenette that had a microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom came with free toiletries and a hairdryer. The breakfast had made-to-order omelets and various options. Enjoyed the evening reception with free drinks. The staff was super helpful, fixing any issues during check-in.

Spacious Rooms with Room for Improvement

Our stay was enjoyable, thanks to the welcoming atrium and complimentary drinks during the evening reception. However, cleanliness issues in the room detracted from the experience. I highly recommend checking the amenities beforehand, as some could use better maintenance. Overall, a good stay with potential.

The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and we loved the complimentary breakfast. It was fantastic to have a space where our family could enjoy each other's company and relax after a busy day. The evenings felt lively with the snacks and drinks.

My kids wished for a more controlled environment as there were too many unsupervised children running around, making it hard to enjoy the areas meant for relaxation.

The room was spacious and mostly clean. The pillows were like clouds, but I just needed a firmer touch. Plus, the complimentary drinks were a nice surprise—who doesn’t love free cocktails?

However, that pull-out couch could make a torturer weep, and let’s just say I’d rather sleep on a bed of nails than deal with those sheets!

Excellent Food and Spacious Rooms

I had a wonderful stay with great dining experiences—especially the steak at the on-site restaurant, which was expertly cooked and flavorful. The spacious two-room suite offered plenty of room for relaxation and comfort. However, I was disappointed that the hot tub was not operational during my stay, which would have added to the overall experience.

It was just a fine choice for a quick trip in La Vista with fantastic value. The breakfast options were pleasant and enjoyable. Make sure to check for cleanliness before settling in.
